it is $79 to have them come out but let me tell you they have a 7 day guarantee on their support especially if they are not able to fix it. I have had no problems once they come out as they fix this on the spot. Coming from an IT guru and admitting I was not able to fix my computer problems and having them come out and help me was well worth the money instead of dragging my computer in and getting help!
