Look For Honest Reviews
One of the best ways to evaluate a local computer company is by reading reviews and testimonials. If the company is truly credible they will have a professional website with useful and informative reviews left by customers. Just make sure the majority of the reviews are positive and seem reasonably realistic.
Ask for a Reference
If the computer repair company doesn’t have any online reviews, don’t be afraid to ask for a reference. Most trustworthy business owners will have no problem providing you with a customer reference. Ask the reference basic questions regarding the service such as; did the company fix the problem? Were they punctual? Did they bill fairly based on what they advertised?
